1) نطاق الخدمة
تقدم Veraa منتجات مجوهرات تشمل القطع الجاهزة والتصاميم الخاصة والقطع الفريدة والطلبات التي قد تُنفذ أو تُعدّل بناءً على طلب العميل، بما في ذلك منتجات الذهب والفضة والبلاتين والأحجار الكريمة والماس والأحجار المخبرية.
2) المنتجات والمعلومات
نحرص على عرض المنتجات ووصفها وصورها بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. ومع ذلك، قد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في اللون أو اللمعان أو التفاصيل البصرية أو القياسات ضمن الحدود الطبيعية، خاصة في القطع المصنوعة يدويًا أو المعدّلة أو التي تحتوي على أحجار أو تفاصيل فنية.
3) الطلبات المخصصة والقطع الفريدة
بعض المنتجات قد تكون مخصصة أو مصنوعة حسب الطلب أو معدّلة بالمقاس أو منقوشة أو مصممة بصورة خاصة. هذه المنتجات تخضع لشروط خاصة من حيث الإلغاء أو الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد، كما هو موضح في السياسات ذات الصلة.
4) الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار المعروضة تكون بالعملة المحددة في النظام الخاص بكل موقع. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت قبل تأكيد الطلب. ولا يؤثر أي تعديل لاحق على الطلبات التي تم قبولها وتأكيدها وفق النظام.
5) قبول الطلب
استلام الطلب أو رسالة تأكيد الاستلام لا يعني بالضرورة القبول النهائي للطلب. يظل الطلب خاضعًا للمراجعة والتأكد من توفر المنتج وصحة البيانات وإتمام الدفع وإمكانية التنفيذ.
6) دقة بيانات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة ودقيقة، بما في ذلك الاسم وبيانات الاتصال والعنوان ومعلومات الاستلام. ويتحمّل العميل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو مشكلة ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.
7) الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والمحتويات والصور والنصوص والعناصر الخاصة بالعلامة أو بالموقع محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها أو استغلالها دون تصريح مسبق.
8) الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو التدخل في طريقة عمله أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير مشروع أو ضار.
9) حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل Veraa المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتج أو عدم اتباع التعليمات أو عدم ملاءمة المنتج لغرض لم يتم التصريح به بوضوح.
10) التعديلات
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويصبح أي تعديل نافذًا من تاريخ نشره على الموقع.

1) Scope of service
Veraa offers jewelry products including ready-made pieces, custom designs, unique pieces, and items that may be produced or adjusted upon customer request, including gold, silver, platinum, gemstones, diamonds, and lab-grown stones.
2) Products and information
We strive to present products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, shine, visual detail, or measurement may occur within normal limits, especially for handmade, customized, resized, or gemstone-based items.
3) Custom orders and unique pieces
Some items may be custom-made, made-to-order, resized, engraved, or specially designed. Such items are subject to special terms regarding cancellation, return, exchange, and refund as stated in the related policies.
4) Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency configured for each site. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before an order is finally accepted. Later price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted under the system.
5) Order acceptance
Receipt of an order or an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Orders remain subject to review, product availability, accuracy of submitted information, payment verification, and feasibility of fulfillment.
6) Accuracy of customer information
